How it works
Cherry Roofing Enterprises, Inc. (“Cherry Roofing”) guarantees a price that is $500 less than the total price of the complete roofing job reflected in a bona fide written estimate from a competing roofing contractor, subject to every condition below. The competing estimate must be presented before signing a contract or paying a deposit.
Competitor must be a licensed roofing contractor
The competing estimate must come from a contractor currently licensed (and insured, where required) to perform roofing work in the project’s jurisdiction. Cherry Roofing reserves the right to verify license status with the applicable licensing authority. Estimates from unlicensed individuals, handyman services, storm-chasing crews, or any contractor without an active, verifiable roofing license do not qualify.Materials must be comparable
The guarantee is on the total price of the complete job, but the comparison only holds if the materials do too: the competing estimate’s roofing system — shingles/roofing system, underlayment, flashing, ventilation — must match what Cherry Roofing proposed in brand, product line, and quality grade. An estimate that hits a lower number by substituting cheaper or lower-grade materials does not qualify for comparison.Estimate must be for a comparable scope
The competing estimate must reflect the same property and a substantially similar scope of work — same square footage, roof complexity, and warranty coverage to what Cherry Roofing proposed. Cherry Roofing determines, in its reasonable judgment, whether a competing estimate is genuinely comparable (for example, a basic 3-tab shingle quote will not be compared against a premium architectural shingle proposal).Written and current
The competing estimate must be a dated, itemized, written estimate on the competitor’s letterhead or official documentation, issued no more than 30 days before presentation. Verbal quotes, texts, or unattributed “ballpark” figures are not accepted.Timing
The competing estimate and guarantee request must be submitted before a contract is signed with Cherry Roofing and before any deposit is paid. This guarantee cannot be applied retroactively to signed contracts, in-progress work, or completed projects.Offer period
Valid on contracts signed on or before December 31, 2026. Cherry Roofing may modify, extend, or discontinue this program at any time without notice.Exclusions
Not valid on insurance-funded (storm/restoration) claims, where scope and pricing are governed by the carrier’s approved estimate. Not valid on commercial, multi-family, or new-construction projects. Cannot be combined with any other Cherry Roofing discount, rebate, or promotion. Limited to one redemption per household, property, or project. Cherry Roofing may decline any estimate it determines, in good faith, to be fraudulent or not obtained in the ordinary course of business.No cash value
The $500 guarantee is applied solely as a credit against the total price of a signed Cherry Roofing contract. It has no cash value, is not redeemable for cash, and does not apply unless the homeowner contracts with Cherry Roofing to perform the work.General
